

Coming from Muar, a small historic town in southern Peninsular Malaysia, Chef Otto began his career across diverse sectors of the pastry industry, including bakery operations, hotel pastry kitchens, conference centers, pastry education, and brand ambassadorships.
In 2019, Chef Otto achieved a historic milestone by winning the World Pastry Championship (Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie). Together with his team, he was also awarded Best Taste and Best Showpiece Buffet, recognizing excellence in both flavor and artistic presentation at the world’s most prestigious pastry competition.
