

Chef Dimitri Béchez is a French Pastry Master who began his career at age 15 and became one of the youngest to earn the Pastry Master diploma at 22.
Trained in top French bakeries, he specializes in pastry, chocolate, and ice cream, and has contributed to MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) preparations.
He is now an instructor at one of France’s leading pastry schools and works internationally in training, consulting, and brand collaborations.
