Peter Yuen

Chef Yuen is an award-winning chef specialises in Viennoiserie. After graduating from The French Pastry school in Chicago, he continues his career as a head baker of the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower. In 2004, he opened his own upscale-bakery, La Pattiserie P. Chef Yuen currently an official Viennoiserie trainer for the German National Baking Academy and travels as an international baking/pastry consultant.
