Chef Luc started his pastry career in Nice, France at the College Escoffier in Cagnes-sur-Mer in 1987. He also trained in Ecole Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil in Paris before joining and winning the prestigious Pastry competition Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Glacier in 2011. He’s currently the Ambassador of BRAVO, Les Vergers Boiron and Barry Callebaut while also doing pastry consulting and creating concept around the world.
