Julien Alvarez

Originated from the town Bergerac in the Dordogne, Chef Alvarez won the World Pastry Champion in 2011 and Best Pastry Hope 2014 by Relais Dessert, the same year he was offered a contract at The Peninsula to become the Head of the Sweet World of the establishment. Chef Alvarez currently working as Pastry Chef in the four-Michelin stars restaurant, Le Bristol in Paris.
