Joakim Prat

Chef Prat has become one of the most notable chefs in Pastry by the age of 29. Previously working as a head chef in several Michelin-star restaurants such as the Can Fabes and The Greenhouse in London, Mr Prat currently is the Head Pastry Chef of his own Maitre Choux in South Kensington. He specializes in luxury eclairs with high-end fillings and intricate decorations.
