Frank Haasnoot

Currently working as an Executive Pastry Chef in Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong, the Dutch Chef has more than 20 years of experience. After finishing his pastry education, he started his career as Chef Pastry Developer for Creme de la Creme and later as an Executive Pastry Chef at Dobla. Chef Haasnoot won 1st place in the World Chocolate  Masters in Paris 2011 and still continues his pastry adventures.
