Ece Akyildiz

Ece Akyildiz was born in Istanbul in 1986. She is coming from a family where art is highly appreciated and she had attended to conservatoire while she was in elementary school and while at the university. As time went by, she could not resist her passion for culinary and decided to work on the pastry. After graduating from Beykent University Gastronomy in Istanbul and Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa, she worked in Swiss Bosphorus Hotel, 360 Istanbul, W Hotel, Hilton, Four Seasons Istanbul and after all these experiences she was appointed as the Head of Pastry at the Kempinski Barbaros Bay Bodrum. She combined her love for sculpture and cake and established her own company, Mutlu Kekler.

Chef continuously improved her art and that brought her more than 30 international golden chef awards including “Cake International Birmingham Award” and “WACS World Chefs Assoc. Jury Member”. She is travelling the world and teaches her techniques to all level of students
