Antonio Bachour

Named as one of the 10 best Pastry Chefs in America, Chef Bachour was born in Rio Grande. Described as “confection master” by Zagat, he subsequently won Zest Award for Baking & Pastry Innovator in 2012 and served as judge in US Pastry Competition. Chef Bachour published his first cookbook, Bachour in 2013. He is currently working as Executive Pastry Chef in St. Regis Bal Harbour Hotel in Miami.
