Amaury Guichon

Native of Geneva, Switzerland, Chef Guichon  won many awards during his career including Les Deciles de la Mediteranee. He then moved to Paris to become Executive Chef of Hugo & Victor. Chef Guichon’s speciality include chocolate, pastry, ice cream and showpiece making. He is currently the Pastry Chef in Jean Phillipe Patisserie in Las Vegas, Nevada.
