As a wedding cake designer, sugar artist, and sugarcraft instructor for over 25 years, Ms.  Yamamoto is one of the well-respected Japanese sugarcrafter. Her work is known for elegant, meticulous and shows a high level of creativity with her sugar flowers that draws attention locally and globally. She shares her crafts and experiences through judging panels, books, classes and international media. She is currently a Sugarcraft Instructor of Japan Special School of Confectionery.
