Eun Jeong Lee

After obtaining her diploma in Le Cordon Bleu, she lands her first job as a Pastry Chef at Xoco Bakery in Sweden but went back to London to perfect her knowledge in cake designs, wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and sugar paste ornaments. She currently runs her own baking studio, EJ Baking Studio & Bakery Cafe from 2012, while creating pastries and teaching classes.
