Specialized in Artisan bread and Viennoiserie, Eun-chul Jang started with training his skills in Institute National de la Boulangerie de la Patisserie in France in 2004 until 2005.
After coming back to Korea, he took a new project by opening his own bakery La Montee Artisan Bakery in Seoul, Korea and in Bangkok, Thailand. Eun-chul Jang was also a member of 2017 Belcolade Ambassadors Korea and a pastry teacher at season 2 & 3 masterchef Korea. He’s now expanding his career by teaching classes around Asia while running his bakery shop.
