Charins Chang

Upon graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, she continues to feed her curiosity in science by immersing into the chemical analysis research field. Meanwhile, her passion for baking continues to grow. She left her research aside and moved to France to pursue a career of a pâtissiÄ™r. Under the tutelage of Bruno Montcudiol, Meilleurs Ouvrier de France, champion de monde de pâtissèrie, she manages to turn home baking into a professional career. After settling down back home in Jakarta, she started selling cakes and chocolate bonbons online. Occasional consultations for new restaurants and cafes were on the repertoire as well. Not long after, she joined Benedict as their Head Pastry Chef.
