Become the owner of a red-white-and blue-collar it’s a dream of Christophe Renou from early childhood. And in 2015, the year after two years of careful preparation under the direction of Christophe Michalak and Yann Brys, Christoph Renou received the prestigious title of Meilleur ouvrier de France (MOF) 2015 Pâtisserie.
Christophe Renou is from the province of Anjou, famous for its medieval monuments. His first teacher and mentor Stephane Bourdillat instilled in him a passion for competition. It is from this time Christophe starts his way to the title Meilleur ouvrier de France:
